Matthew has 8 years of professional industry experience in the property realm, most of this encompassing health, residential aged care and seniors living developments, across real estate and construction disciplines.
Focusing within the social infrastructure sector, he has been able to build relationships with most of the major national operators and develop a comprehensive understanding of the demands and expectations of the each sector.
Matthew is able to guide and leverage off the skills and expertise of the metropolitan investment team nationally as well as our healthcare advisory arm to ensure best market outcomes for our clients.
