Robert Baldi (Brisbane QLD)

Robert established Baldi Commercial in 2007 following a 12 year career in Commercial Real Estate. The last 7 of these years as Director of a Major Brisbane CBD Commercial Agency, where he assumed a General Management role across all areas of the business including Agency , Property Management and Financial Management. In that time Robert worked in the Brisbane Industrial Market and the City Fringe Market where he developed a considerable client contact database and experience conducting marketing campaigns and negotiating transactions across all areas of Office, Retail and Industrial Sales and Leasing. Driven by establishing his own model for a Commercial Real Estate Business based on his experience in Real Estate as well as over 30 year experience employed across several industry sectors. Hence Baldi Commercial was born. Robert was keen not to hide behind an obscure corporate identity but to include his own name in the business, so that clients would know his own personal skills and reputation stood behind the activities of the business. Prior to entering the world of Commercial Real Estate, Robert gained professional qualifications in Civil Engineering where he worked in senior management with many large corporations as well as an Operations Manager for an International Management Consultancy. With his broad industry experience, Robert brings to the property industry a rare array of talents which he now has shaped into the business that is Baldi Commercial. With a lifelong passion for Property Development and Construction and a meticulous attention to detail, Robert sees these attributes as significant points of difference to his market competitors. Robert has always believed that success in business must always be complemented by volunteering his time to support the broader community. He has contributed through his involvement with Rotary, Rotaract and Interact, graduating as a Commissioned Officer in the Australian Army Reserve, coaching Junior Football and Cricket, being President of his local Cricket Club for several years and now as President of the Parents and Friends Association and Pastoral Board member at the high school his children attend. Robert is married with four children at high school and university.
